CCSD Student Registration Process:
After completing the district online registration, please review the Online Registration Checklist.
Items you will need:
- Application number from completed online registration (register.ccsd.net)
- Parent Driver's license
- Student birth certificate
- Student Immunization records
- One proof of residency document (deed, rental agreement, power, water, gas bill - no phone/cable, the shared housing form if utilities are not in parent's name)
- ** PLEASE NOTE: because this form requires documents to be uploaded it is only accessible when you are logged into a Google account.
- If you move after you have completed the online registration process, you must provide new proof of residency documents to the registrar.
