The Harbor

The Harbor provides services to youth ages 17 and under. Families who feel in need of help with their child can walk in or call to schedule an appointment to discuss their concerns.
The Harbor is a Juvenile Assessment Center that houses several community providers all under one roof. We provide assessments and services to youth and families to address their immediate and ongoing needs.
The Harbor provides assessments to determine the needs of each youth. Once the needs are determined, The Harbor staff will connect youth and families with appropriate services to address those needs. We refer families to the following services:
- Family Counseling
- Mental Health Counseling
- Anger Management
- Youth Mentorship
- Substance Abuse Counseling
